10,000 Carnival Cruise Passengers Stuck at Sea Due to Hurricane Harvey

The Port of Galveston has closed to all vessel traffic and commercial activities due to Hurricane Harvey.
Carnival Cruise Line has two cruise ships originally scheduled to arrive in Galveston on Saturday and another on Sunday.  The cruise line posted the following updates regarding Hurricane Harvey and the Port of Galveston:  To stay up to date, please sign up for text alerts by texting the codes below to CRUISE (278473).

  • Carnival Freedom 08/26/17 – CCL1
  • Carnival Valor 08/26/17 – CCL2
  • Carnival Breeze 08/27/17 – CCL3
