Post Cruise Depression: the feeling you get after disembarking from a cruise ship. Usually caused by not being able to see all the cool people you met onboard anymore. Typically lasts for 1-7 day, but can be much longer.

When the cruise is over the endorphins drop which can cause depression, along with return of reality and all the associated stress,” he said.
