Cruises to Nowhere Done in 2016

If you’re planning on taking a cruise to nowhere in 2016, plan again. Due to a rule change from the Department of Homeland Security and Customs and Border Protection, cruises to or from a US port on a foreign-flagged ship must stop at a foreign port, effectively ending cruises to nowhere.
